Description:

President Shirley Licup, together with 13 members of the club, attended the Asian Inter-District Meeting (AIDM) held in Fukuoka, Japan. This two-day international gathering brought together Zontians from across Asia for a meaningful exchange of insights, advocacy, and updates. The program included District Reports, interactive discussions, and a Panel Session on the theme: “For Women and Girls – The Role of Zontians in Asia.”

Adding a cultural highlight to the event, President Shirley joined the Philippine contingent’s folk dance performance, showcasing traditional Filipino dances as part of the cultural presentation segment.

This participation not only fostered international collaboration but also strengthened the club’s ties with fellow Zontians across Asia while promoting Filipino culture on the global stage.
