Turnover of Concert Proceeds to WIPE EVERY TEAR

In a meaningful culmination of the successful fundraising concert “A Better World with Zonta” held at RCBC Plaza, Zonta Club of Greater Rizal II President Shirley Licup formally turned over the concert proceeds to the Wipe Every Tear Foundation, reaffirming the club’s commitment to transforming the power of music into meaningful humanitarian action. The benefit concert, headlined by the acclaimed Filipino vocalist Bituin Escalante, brought together supporters, partners, and advocates in an inspiring evening dedicated to promoting hope, compassion, and service for women and vulnerable communities.
During the turnover ceremony, President Shirley Licup expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Bituin Escalante, the concert performers, sponsors, donors, and everyone who contributed to the event’s remarkable success. She emphasized that
every ticket purchased and every act of generosity represented an investment in changing lives, demonstrating how the arts can unite communities in support of a worthy cause. The proceeds will help strengthen the programs of the Wipe Every Tear Foundation, enabling it to continue providing care, protection, healing, and opportunities for women and children facing exploitation, abuse, and other difficult circumstances.
