Demonstrating her commitment to good governance and organizational excellence, Zonta Club of Greater Rizal II President Shirley Licup convened a special meeting with the club’s Past Presidents and current Officers to undertake a comprehensive review and updating of the club’s bylaws. Recognizing the invaluable experience and institutional knowledge of the club’s former leaders, the meeting provided an opportunity to examine existing policies, ensure their relevance to the club’s evolving needs, and align them with the principles and governance standards of Zonta International.
The collaborative session encouraged meaningful discussions on strengthening the club’s organizational framework, enhancing operational effectiveness, and promoting transparency, accountability, and continuity in leadership. Drawing from the collective wisdom of past and present leaders, participants reviewed proposed amendments, shared insights based on their years of service, and identified improvements that would better support the club’s mission and future growth.
