Pres. Shirley Licup joined the Area Meeting for September 2025 presided by Area Director Rowena Plan. Discussed were the following:

1. District Conference – club delegates
2. Participation update on Z and Golden Z Club forum
3. Submission of credentials of District Conference voting delegates
4. Volunteers to serve tellers and monitors
5. Participation in the Grand Finale Dinner with a 10 minute chorus presentation
6. Clustering of clubs for the second year of the Biennium
7. 67th Zonta International Convention in Vancouver
