The Zonta Club of Greater Rizal II, led by President Shirley Licup, proudly participated in the 23rd District Conference, with a strong delegation of 18 club members joining fellow Zontians from across the district for several days of learning, collaboration, and fellowship. A highlight of the conference was the election of Past President Azucena Yao as the new Area Director for the upcoming biennium. Her election reflects the confidence and trust placed in her exceptional leadership, dedication, and years of committed service to Zonta.
