“A Talk on Women’s Rights: From Birth to Legacy” brought together advocates, community leaders, and participants for an inspiring discussion on the lifelong journey of women’s rights and empowerment. The forum emphasized that the protection of women’s rights begins at birth and continues through every stage of life—through access to education, healthcare, equal opportunities, leadership, and economic empowerment—until a woman leaves a lasting legacy for future generations. Speakers highlighted the importance of upholding dignity, equality, and human rights, while encouraging women to become confident leaders, changemakers, and advocates within their families and communities. The event served as a powerful reminder that investing in women’s rights not only transforms individual lives but also strengthens communities, promotes social justice, and contributes to a more inclusive and sustainable future for all.

The Zonta Club of Greater Rizal II, led by President Shirley Licup, proudly participated in the 23rd District Conference, with a strong delegation of 18 club members joining fellow Zontians from across the district for several days of learning, collaboration, and fellowship. The conference featured inspiring plenary sessions, leadership workshops, committee meetings, and presentations that strengthened members’ knowledge and reaffirmed their shared commitment to advancing Zonta’s mission of building a better world for women and girls.
